  • GST charges will be applicable at 18% extra on all packages.
  • Package prices include closed container vehicle delivery up to 40 km (garage to garage).
  • Any distance beyond 40 km will be charged at ₹40 per km.
  • Packages are applicable only for cars, bikes and vehicles that fit within the closed container specifications.
  • Delivery date and time are subject to prior booking and availability.
  • Fog effects, cold fireworks, lighting effects, and balloon décor are subject to site feasibility and local society / residential permissions.
  • Certain effects may require basic electricity availability at the delivery location, which will be communicated and coordinated in advance wherever applicable.
  • Drone usage (if applicable) is subject to local authority approvals and no-fly zone regulations.
  • Videography and photography coverage is limited only to the delivery event and not for the entire day.
  • Edited photos and videos will be shared within 3–7 working days after the event.
  • Tochanwala Assistance reserves the right to use photos and videos from the event for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
  • Any additional customization, props, themes, music, generator van or special requests will be charged extra.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring entry permission for the container truck into the town, city, state, society, or premises.
  • Tochanwala Assistance – Celebrate@Home will not be responsible for delays caused due to traffic conditions, weather, permissions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.
  • Cancellation charges may apply if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery.
  • The vehicle must be ready for delivery, with all required documentation completed prior to dispatch.
  • Tochanwala Assistance reserves the right to modify or substitute event elements based on safety, feasibility, or site conditions.
