Tochanwala Assistance is a professional towing service company based in Navi Mumbai, serving Mumbai, Thane, and Kalyan-Dombivli since 2018. We specialize in bike towing, car towing, flatbed towing, hydraulic towing, and closed container vehicle transport across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Our strength: With a fleet of 14 owned towing vehicles and a network of 50+ towing partners, we handle 500+ towing jobs every month. We have towed over 35,000 vehicles — from hatchbacks to sedans, SUV cars and EV Bikes, scooters to Harley Davidsons, Triumph to ATV bikes.
Our Story
Founded on 10th January 2018 by Manish Jaisinghani in Navi Mumbai. With prior experience in the automotive and fleet services industry, Manish identified a clear gap — customers in Navi Mumbai had no reliable, professional, and transparent towing service to call during a breakdown or accident.
Starting with just 1 hydraulic towing van, the business was built from the ground up with a focus on fast response, safe vehicle handling, and honest pricing. Today, Tochanwala Assistance is one of the most recognized towing service brands in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Our Growth Journey
2018Started with 1 hydraulic towing fleet in Navi Mumbai & building towing vendor network.
2019Added 2nd hydraulic towing fleet.
2020Expanded to 3 hydraulic towing fleet.
2022Launched flatbed towing & bike towing services. Secured towing contracts with NMMC. Started serving RSA companies.
2023Expanded fleet with 1 more flatbed and 3 bike towing vans. Secured Atal Setu Bridge contract. Partnered with Vogo & Ola. Grew RSA network.
2024Added 2 bike fleets and 1 hydraulic fleet. Expanded coverage to Kalyan and Thane.
2025Launched Closed Container Single Car Carrier for luxury vehicles and added 1 more hydraulic towing van.
2026Launched Car & Bike Delivery Ceremony Service. Expanding further with more closed container carrier and bike towing fleets.
